EPD Tour Ulm : best season result

Alexandre had a long but successful sommer, last week he finished T9th on a tight and demanding golf course. With scores of 70-72-73 he had his best finish this year on the EPD Tour. Atfer knowing that Alexandre would not play in Crans, he found some energy left to perform well and keep his good form! Now a little break before the last stretch of tournaments...with the Swiss Match-play Championship and right after the European Tour School in Bogogno (Italy). We hope that he form will last till that big tournament where his life could change but the road is long, very long to get to the Q-school finals (14 rounds) .

Best regards,

Alexandre

First win in 2010

Alexandre won in Kandern his first SwissPGA Tour of 2010. With scores of 66 and 69 he was able to defend his title and won that tournament for the 3rd year in a row. After the first round, Alexandre was 2 shots behind the leader but the next day he took the lead after 7 holes and never left it. He secured his win to 2 shots margin with a final birdie on the last green. This good result comes at the right time...Alexandre has now a real change to qualify for Crans! He needs now to stay in front of André Bossert during the SwissPGA Championship where Alexandre won last year...Hopefully he's going to defend that title as well as in Kandern!

Best regards,

Alexandre

Credit Suisse Challenge, Sempach

On the course of Wood Side in Sempach, Alexandre took a very good T28 place. With 4 solids rounds under par (68-70-69-70) he showed once again that his good form is still going. That week he had Jöel Lenz on the bag, a junior of Wylihof golf club. They had together a really good time and he helped a lot Alexandre to stay focus and to keep his patience on the greens . With that second invitation on the Challenge Tour, Alexandre shows that he can compete on that level. We are looking forward to see if he'll get some other starts on the Challenge Tour this season.

Best regards,

Alexandre

SwissPGA Championship 2010

Alexandre tried hard to defend his 2009 Title but it wasn't good enough. With 3 rounds under par, with a total of -9, he finished on the 4th place. Unfortunately Alex "lost the tournament" on the back nine of the 2nd round. With a -3 front nine, Alex took the lead of the tournament after 27 holes. But a very poor back nine (+2) he dropped to the 4th place after that round. The third round of 67 did not change anything.

That week was also important for Alex because of Crans Montana but because André Bossert won the title, Alexandre will not play our Swiss Europeantour event this year...

Best Regards,

Alexandre

Omnium Suisse, Montreux

Alexandre had a long and not such a good day on the last day of the Swiss Omnuim. After the first 2 rounds, he was lying 5th overall and 3rd by the pros...the last day was demanding, 36 holes had to be done. That day wasn't the good day to do 2 rounds for Alexandre...in the morning he was able to save a level par round with only 8 greens hit, but in the afternoon, 2 double bogeys made his day not only long but also tough! He feels still very good with his game and wants to show his best on the next tournament where he is the double title holder...

I wish you all a very nice week,

Best regards and enjoy your next round,

Alexandre
